The event organizers are responsible for their vehicles and belongings.

The event organizers shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to the hall properties.

Advance Payment Policy
Advance payment is non-refundable.

Prohibited Activities
Alcohol, other intoxicating substances, and gambling are strictly prohibited.

Government Rules & Regulations
Hall charges are subject to all applicable government rules and regulations.

Hall Cleanliness
The event organizers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hall.

Sound Restrictions
From 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM, the use of traditional musical instruments, DJs, loudspeakers, and other sound systems is not permitted.

Compliance with Government Law
All the above rules and regulations must be strictly followed as per applicable government laws.

Use of Photos & Media
With your consent, we may use before-and-after photos or videos for promotional purposes on our website or social media. If you do not wish your photos to be used, please inform us during the consultation or via email at kiruthiga2611@gmail.com.
